What is the return and exchange policy?

If the product is damaged, provide images of the package unopened, otherwise all purchases are final.

If the product was sent back to me due to failure of consumer to pick it up, I can only refund the product but not the shipping cost

What if I want to return clothes?

Unless it is damaged or faulty from something I hadn’t already mentioned in the description of the product, I will not accept it back nor give a refund. Upcycled clothes are subject to minor stains and damages since it was thrifted and used from previous owners. If you want to purchase upcycled clothing from me, Please be aware it won’t be “perfect”.

If it shrinks or becomes damaged from ignoring proper care instructions, No returns or refunds are allowed. Screenprints and handpainted patches are subject to wearing out overtime so please read the care instructions and do not apply heat on the patches!!!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

You’re darn tooting we do!

Do You ship to the UK?

At the moment, no. Due to the VAT going on in the UK, it is difficult for me to ship there without overcharging or having trouble with taxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once it has been shipped, US orders can take up to 2-10 business days. For international shipping, it can take up to 2-4 weeks. Sometimes it can take longer than 4 months to arrive! so please be patient :)

** Because of COVID-19 and shortage in usps, package may take longer to arrive.

My Package said it attempted delivery and/or it is held at the postal office, What do I do"?

In rare occasions, your local post office was not able to deliver your order and are holding it for you to pick it up. Unfortunately, I do not know every postal office of every country, but 10/10 times it will be your local main post office of your country (ex. USPS is the US main postal office). Go to the post office as soon as you get this notification and give them your name and tracking number. If you wait too long, it will get sent back to me

I didn’t pick up my package on time and it got sent back to you, What do I do?

If this happens, shoot me an email through my contact page ( no DM’s because it will drown and i won’t be able to find it again for further contact). You could either pay for shipping again and I will gladly reship your order (this will take 1-2 months) or you can get a refund for your order (excluding this shipping cost) To prevent this from happening, please be sure to check your package status regularly and make sure all your information is correct before ordering. :)

Does my order have tracking?

When at check out, you will have the option to choose from sticker mail or tracking. Keep in mind that sticker mail only applies if you buy just stickers. This goes for both U.S. and International orders.

What if I haven't gotten my order yet?

Please contact me if this happens! Make sure to include your order #. Also make sure if you have ordered a preordered item. It probably is still being made and hasn't been sent to us yet.

Can I combine orders?

Yes. Contact me and make sure to include both order #s. I will refund you whatever extra shipping money isn't needed.
